Alan Diamante has practiced immigration law for 28 years after graduating from the Loyola Law School in 1995. He has won numerous published cases at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and has taught law as an adjunct professor at his alma mater.
Eric Lee
Eric Lee has litigated visa denials at both the federal district court and courts of appeals. He has authored multiple articles on challenging consular visa denials, including a law review article on the subject entitled “Consular Nonreviewability: Fifty Years Since Kleindienst v. Mandel.”
